Appointments

Q. What are your hours?

A. LaBella RX is open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 10 am to 5 pm, Tuesdays from 11 am to 7 pm, Friday from 8 am to 12 pm, and closed on weekends. Please note that our office will be closed in observance of the following holidays: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas

Q. How do I schedule an appointment?

A. For your convenience, we offer the following methods to schedule your appointments:

  • Online scheduling: To request appointment availability, please click here to Email us with your preferred date or day of the week and time range. Our scheduling coordinator will contact you to confirm your appointment.
  • Call our office at (251) 621-4950

Q. What if I need to reschedule?

A. Please call our office at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment to avoid a fee.

We’ll work with you to help you find another date that fits your schedule.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. We understand that unforeseen situations may arise that are out of our control. There will be a $25 fee for cancellations made less than 24 from your appointment time and a $50 No Show Fee.

A. We will conduct a thorough examination on your first visit to determine the best course of action to achieve cosmetic health and your goals.

Q. Why do I need to discuss my medical conditions with LaBella?

A. Many health conditions are indicated on the skin and can affect cosmetic health, so your medical information is very important in diagnosing issues with your skin and body.

A. LaBella RX offers these payment options:

  • Cash, check or credit card at time of service
  • Payment plans – For major treatments, we will work with you to develop a payment plan.

Q. Do you require payment at the time of the visit?

A. We will require payment at the time of service or as specified in your payment plan.
