Appointments

Q. What are your hours?

A. LaBella RX is open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 10am-5pm, Tuesdays from 11am-7pm, and Friday from 8am-12pm. We are closed on weekends. Please note that our office will be closed in observance of the following holidays: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Q. How do I schedule an appointment?

A. For your convenience, we offer the following methods to schedule your appointments:

  • Online scheduling: To request appointment availability, please click here to Email us with your preferred date or day of the week and time range. Our scheduling coordinator will contact you to confirm your appointment.
  • Call our office at (251) 621-4950

Q. What if I need to reschedule?

A. Please call our office at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment to avoid a fee.

We’ll work with you to help you find another date that fits your schedule.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. We understand that unforeseen situations may arise that are out of our control. There will be a $25 fee for cancellations made less than 24 from your appointment time and a $50 No Show Fee.

Treatments

Q. What services do you provide?

A. We offer a variety of skin services and cosmetic treatments, laser hair removal, dermal fillers, injectables, a weight loss program, and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy. We also carry SkinCeuticals, ColoreScience, and other skincare brand products. Please click on our “services” tab for more details.

Q. What if I don’t know what treatments are best for me and my skincare goals?

A. We recommend you schedule a free skincare consultation with LaDonna so that she can assess your skin and listen to your concerns. She will work with you to formulate a plan and skincare regimen that will help achieve your desired cosmetic goals. Q. What happens during my first visit?

A. We will conduct a thorough examination on your first visit to determine the best course of action to achieve cosmetic health and your goals.

Q. Why do I need to discuss my medical conditions with LaBella RX?

A. Many health conditions are indicated on the skin and can affect cosmetic health, so your medical information is very important in diagnosing issues with your skin and body. If participating in our weight loss program or bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, it is essential that Jazz and Dr. Armstrong have all the necessary medical information needed to ensure a safe, accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment plan.

Q. What payment options do you offer?

A. LaBella RX offers these payment options:

  • Cash, check or credit card at time of service
  • Payment plans – For major treatments, we will work with you to develop a payment plan.

Q. Do you require payment at the time of the visit?

A. We will require payment at the time of service or as specified in your payment plan.
