LaDonna Stough is a Certified Laser Technician and a Laser Safety Officer at LaBellaRx. She is certified in micro-needling and laser by the National Laser Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona. Mrs. Stough earned her Bachelor of Science in 1993 from the University of Alabama. She then received her Master of Arts in 1995 from the University of Montevallo. Her specialties include laser hair removal, photorejuvenation, and micro needling. Prior to opening LaBellaRx, LaDonna taught 12th grade English for seven years and then enjoyed being a stay at home mom. She has been married to her husband, Joe, since 1993 and is actively involved with their three children, Emma Laura, Kristin, and Katherine. LaDonna enjoys following college football, gardening, and deep sea fishing. In addition, she is a member of the Young Life Eastern Shore Committee, Spanish Fort High School PTA Board, and is the SFHS Swim Team Booster Club President.
Dr. Amy S. Armstrong is board certified in Internal Medicine with a strong personal interest in health and fitness. A native of Vicksburg, Miss., Dr. Armstrong graduated from Troy University in 1997 and received her medical degree from the University of South Alabama in 2001. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at USA Medical Center and served as chief medical resident from 2004–2005. Since that time, she has worked as a hospitalist admitting and caring for patients with a variety of illnesses throughout their hospitalization. She has completed additional training through the International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine, APT Medical Aesthetics, and in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy.
As a Christian, Amy feels a strong calling to help others live their best life. Her work at LaBellaRx focuses on wellness and the prevention of chronic illnesses. Anyone who has concerns regarding their weight, energy, fatigue, sleep patterns, moodiness, loss of endurance, decreased muscle mass, increased belly fat, hormonal changes, or skin would benefit from a consultation with Dr. Armstrong.
Amy and her husband Jonathan have been married 22 years share two children, Grace and Jack. In her spare time, Amy enjoys CrossFit, training for obstacle and terrain races, off shore fishing, cooking and spending time with her family on the water.
